yo!my thigh and calf are bursting i s.w.e.a.r. ytd's training was....woohoo.damn long never train till like that.hahaha.ytd i went long D side.hahah.i wanna ask if can do alternate,one training short d,one training long d.but the short d got hurdles la.i thought could choose not to do hurdles.but i saw the whole bunch of short d doing hurdles drills.hahaha.

aww some people say i look fit.HAHAHA.

k la,gotta go for mass this evening.before that,gonna play pool.didnt join the servers for town as firstly,leg is jelly,den i cant stay too long also.got mass.sadness on the soul. haha.
